  Technical Contracting Solutions P/L is a contracting company committed to quality industrial maintenance. We specialise in concrete joint repairs in Brisbane, warehouse floor repairs and maintenance, swimming pool coatings and maintenance, and coldroom and freezer floor repairs in the SE Queensland area.

Technical Contracting Solutions have carried out concrete repairs and concrete replacement and joint repairs in freezer/ cold rooms at temperatures of minus 22deg celcius while the rooms have been in operation.

We also carry out ongoing industrial maintenance to warehouse floors and production areas throughout Queensland.

Technical Contracting Solutions has carried out major structural repairs to swimming pools including raising wall heights of pools , removing and reinstating new concourse concrete , major waterproofing repairs ,pool joint sealant replacement and tiling.

We are just completing a major remedial waterproofing project in central Brisbane which includes the full refurbishment of an external fountain. 

Our experience includes:

•  Epoxy flooring / trowel on epoxy renders , coatings    and SL epoxy floors

•  Joint rebuilding and preventative joint treatments

•  Joint sealing and Hypalon bandage installation

•  Concrete repairs / concrete replacement and    concrete sealing

•  General concrete preparation including scarifying /    grinding / shotblasting / grit blasting / cutting and    coring

•  Epoxy and polyurethane injection systems

•  Cement based and epoxy grouting of machine bases

•  Under slab void filling and underpinning

•  Remedial waterproofing including associated works
