Technical Contracting Solutions P/L can replace existing failed concrete slabs including the removal of existing concrete and can provide engineer designed drawings for critical applications which include:
  • replacement of failed driveway slabs including removal of existing concrete , dowel installation , re - compaction of sub base material then placing and finishing of new concrete including the use of high early strength concrete

• replacement of warehouse floor slabs using either high strength concrete or pre bagged rapid set mortars which can take fork lift traffic within one hour . This enables replacement of the concrete overnight with no interference to warehouse operations

• installation of machine base footings and slabs including removal of the existing concrete then installation of dowels and reinforcing steel then placement and finishing of new concrete . Technical Contracting Solutions P/L can also supply the certified designs for the slab and footings


• replacement of failed construction joints when repair of the existing concrete is not viable . This includes for saw cutting and removing the existing concrete then installing dowels and reinforcing steel then placing and finishing new concrete . We can also install sub slab drainage to prevent slabs pumping.
