Technical Contracting Solutions P/L have had extensive experience in both installation of new and remedial waterproofing including:
 

• Injection of high performance expanding chemical grouts to cracks and joints in concrete structures including man holes, pump wells and lift pits

• Installation of renders and coatings to leaking block , brick and concrete structures to withstand hydrostatic pressure

• Removal of tiles and concrete cover over membranes on rooftops, balconies and podium slabs, installation of new membranes followed byreinstatement of toppings

• Preparation of existing concrete surfaces and installation of external , trafficable membranes to car park decks

• remedial waterproofing of external building facades including supply of access equipment

• Remedial waterproofing , coating and lining of water retaining structures.
