Technical Contracting Solutions P/L have extensive experience installing multi and single component joint sealants into a variety of joints in many different structures including:
  • Joint sealant installation to water retaining structures using potable water approved polyurethane and silicone based sealants

• Joint sealant installation to swimming pools using chemical resistant potable water approved silicone based sealants

• Installation of high quality single and dual component, chemical resistant joint sealants to water treatment facilities including primary treatment areas, bioreactors and clarifiers

• Specialised application equipment allows installation of silicone based joint sealants to concrete roads, runway, paving and apron areas. (Large scale production rates of up to 2 kilometres per day per crew have be achieved)

• Installation of epoxy based joint sealants in epoxy coated, terrazzo floors and epoxy polished concrete

• Installation of epoxy sealants to provide protection to concrete joint edges from damage from fork lift wheel damage in high traffic warehouses

• Remedial joint sealing involving the removal of existing sealants, including bitumen based products, preparation of the bonding surfaces followed by installation of new sealant

• Installation of fast cure sealants to warehouse floors allowing traffic within one hour of installation

• Installation of joint sealants to the construction and industrial sectors using a range of high quality joint sealants from all of the major sealant manufacturers
